Platform Licensing, Academic Integrity & Legal Agreement

1. Acceptance of Terms & Eligibility

Welcome to CETWALLE. By accessing the CETWALLE platform, exam engines, or academic portals, you expressly consent to be bound by these Terms of Use.

  • Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years of age, or have your parent/legal guardian's permission to use this Platform. If you are under 13, you may not use our Platform.
  • Information Accuracy: You represent that all information provided during registration (name, email, target exams) is true and complete.
  • Access Rights: We reserve the right to refuse access to the Platform at any time without notice if you violate any provision of this Agreement.

2. License to Use & Intellectual Property

All information, mock tests, PDFs, video files, UI designs, and trade layouts provided on the CETWALLE platform are the exclusive intellectual property of CETWALLE. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license for personal, non-commercial use only.

Under this license, you may not:

  • Modify, edit, copy, or create derivative works from any material made available on the Platform.
  • Publicly display the Content (commercially or non-commercially) or share materials on Telegram, WhatsApp, or other public forums.
  • Attempt to decompile, reverse engineer, or scrape any software contained in the Platform.
  • Remove any copyright notations or transfer the materials to another person or 'mirror' them on another server.

3. Community Code of Conduct

If you participate in our Public Forums, doubt sections, or community groups, you must adhere to strict behavioral guidelines. CETWALLE does not tolerate:

  • Spam & Scams: Posting unwanted, repetitive content, or links to external websites.
  • Impersonation: Pretending to be another learner, instructor, or entity by using fake names or images.
  • Harassment: Any form of bullying, abusive comments, or revealing someone's personal information.
  • Platform Disabling: Introducing viruses, malware, or attempting denial-of-service attacks.

4. MALPRACTICE & ENGINE BYPASSING

Our Mock Test Engine is designed to simulate authentic MHT-CET environments. To maintain the validity of our national rank analytics, any attempt to tamper with the engine is strictly prohibited.

The following actions will trigger an automated PERMANENT BAN with no right to a refund:

  • Attempting to access hidden server API routes or extract our proprietary answer keys via network inspection tools.
  • Deploying automated bots, auto-clickers, or timing manipulation scripts.
  • Bypassing the portrait-mode device locker or forcefully injecting custom JavaScript via the developer console.
  • Sharing secure session tokens or account credentials across multiple IP networks concurrently.

5. Payments and Refunds

To register for Premium Content, you must pay the applicable Content Fee. Payment is processed through secure third-party payment processors.

  • Final Transactions: Once you purchase access to a Course or Mock Test on the Platform, the order cannot be cancelled.
  • No Refunds: There shall be no refund of the Content Fee, unless explicitly stated otherwise in our Refund Policy.
  • Taxes: Your payments may be subject to applicable taxes depending on the third-party gateway.

6. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided to you "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranty of any kind.

While we strive to provide the most accurate and high-yield content possible, CETWALLE makes no representation that the platform will operate without interruption or be entirely error-free. Furthermore, CETWALLE does not guarantee that using our platform will result in admission to any specific engineering college or a guaranteed exam percentile. In no event shall CETWALLE be liable for any damages (including loss of data or profit) arising out of the use or inability to use the platform.

7. Governing Law

Any claim relating to the Platform shall be governed by the laws of CETWALLE's home jurisdiction without regard to its conflict of law provisions. We reserve the right to make changes to our Platform, policies, and this Agreement at any time.
