Privacy & Security Policy

Governing Rules, Data Tracking & Malpractice Matrix

1. Introduction & Binding Agreement

By accessing the CETWALLE platform, exam engines, or academic portals, you expressly consent to be bound by the terms and conditions outlined in this Privacy & Security Policy. If you do not agree with the tracking, monitoring, or data utilization policies described below, please immediately cease all use of our Website and Applications.

This policy details the extensive measures taken to ensure a safe, efficient, and rigorously monitored academic environment tailored to competitive MHT-CET and Board exam preparation.

2. Data Collection & Monitoring

When you register and engage with our testing environment, we collect and store personal information and performance metadata. Our primary goal is to provide a customized, seamless, and completely secure testing experience.

  • Personal Identity Data: Name, mobile number, email address, and academic targets required to generate your personalized tracking profile.
  • Academic Telemetry: Every option clicked, time spent per question, subject-wise accuracy, and historical mock test responses are heavily tracked to generate your Analytics Matrix.
  • Device & Session Footprints: We automatically log IP addresses, browser agents, screen orientations, and operating systems to enforce exam integrity and prevent account sharing.

3. ZERO TOLERANCE FOR MALPRACTICE

CETWALLE is designed strictly "By Toppers, For Toppers." To maintain the elite integrity of our rank analytics and competitive leaderboard, our testing environment deploys rigorous background checks during exam sessions.

Any attempt to engage in the following actions will be flagged immediately by our automated security systems:

  • Attempting to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract our proprietary test questions, options, or answer keys via network inspection or developer tools.
  • Using automated bots, scripts, or auto-clickers to manipulate test completion times.
  • Attempting to bypass the Portrait Mode Device Locker or tamper with the testing viewport.
  • Sharing secure session tokens or account credentials across multiple IP networks concurrently.

If our system detects any evidence of tampering, bypassing, or network manipulation, your account will face an immediate, non-reversible PERMANENT BAN. All enrolled courses, mock tests, and historical data will be permanently revoked without refund.

4. Information Usage & Distribution

We use the telemetry and profile data collected exclusively to enhance your academic preparation. We do not sell your personal data or phone numbers to external marketing corporations.

Your data is used specifically to:

  • Compute your rank, accuracy matrices, and historical tracking profiles.
  • Secure our servers and test databases against fraudulent scraping activities.
  • Send you critical exam updates, roadmap targets, and schedule changes via email or WhatsApp.

We may share anonymous, aggregated statistical data regarding average test completion times and subject difficulty with our internal content team to calibrate future Mock Tests.

5. Use of Cookies and Session Tokens

CETWALLE utilizes highly secure, encrypted session tokens and "cookies" to maintain your authentication state across the platform. These files are securely placed on your local storage to prevent you from having to repeatedly log in during intense testing phases.

If you disable cookies in your browser, the fundamental architecture of the testing portal, including automatic progress saving and attempt synchronization, will fail to operate properly.

6. Legal Compliance & Law Enforcement

We reserve the right to disclose personal information if required to do so by law, or in the good faith belief that such disclosure is reasonably necessary to respond to subpoenas, court orders, or other legal processes. We may disclose personal telemetry to law enforcement or third-party rights owners to enforce our Terms of Use or protect the rights, property, and safety of our platform and its genuine students.
